Cranberry Rosemary Champagne Cocktail
This cocktail is highly adaptable as you can serve it with champagne, Prosecco, or for a non-alcoholic version, seltzer water paired with cranberry rosemary simple syrup.

Blackberry Yuzu Fizz Mocktail
You will need:
Cocktail shaker & strainer
Knife & cutting board
Collins, Highball or Pint Glass
Huckleberry Vodka (Emerald City Cocktails suggest Wild Roots)
Yuzu Juice (Japanese citrus)
Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
Fill a glass of choice with ice
Fill shaker with ice and add 1.5oz vodka, .5 oz yuzu juice, and .5 oz blackberry syrup
Shake and strain over ice
Top glass with soda/tonic
Squeeze and drop 1/2 Lime into the glass
Garnish with frozen blackberries
Make it a mocktail by omitting the vodka and adding more mineral water!
Eggnog White Russian
2 ounces vodka
1-ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
peppermint schnapps (Splash, about 1/8-ounce)
3 ounces eggnog
1 pinch ground nutmeg & 1 Candy Cane
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, schnapps, and eggnog together in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a festive glass, add a pinch of ground nutmeg* and garnish with a candy cane.
Pro tip – use freshly ground nutmeg for a real punch of seasonal flavor!
